The REMS Group provides experienced personnel to our clients for on-site management of their BESS facilities.
Our team provides oversight to the client’s facilities for safety-environmental-security and code compliance and represents the client and their interests to AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) and State and Federal regulatory agencies.
The REMS Group staff is highly skilled and hold degrees and certifications in the civil, electrical, and telecommunications fields. The staff are adaptive and dynamically groomed to complement specific customer needs. Depending on the level of engagement or stage of program/project maturity, specific phase-in of personnel may be dynamically adapted to appropriately meet the project needs. We have the responsibility with site security and access for Vendor Management on our clients’ sites for all warranty work, system/equipment upgrades, and troubleshooting and repair that is performed by Vendors and Contractors. We perform quality assurance checks on the completed work and submit detailed reports to our clients for review. We work with the Vendors for scheduled work and assist with LOTO, safety, environmental, and code compliance. We work with Vendors to suggest recommendations to the client for repair work and adherence to warranty claims.
