- Henkels & McCoy (1991-2001): Director of Power, managing 100-300 employees on distribution and transmission contracts across the western USA
- BC Hydro (1967-1979): Progressed from Transmission Line Equipment Operator to General Foreman on 500kV steel erection and 4-bundle conductor stringing
